For as long as I can remember I have enjoyed drawing and many art forms. In 1988, whilst living in Denmark WA, I had the opportunity to join a printmaking class under the tutelage of Barbara Bennett. This was most exciting, and I continued for 1 year before moving to Perth.
In 2006, a water colour class tutored by Linda Murray at Murray Arts and Crafts assisted me to discover the artist long hidden and I am so thankful. I also began pottery and in 2011 I joined the Printmaking Group and found this segment of art again fascinating and enjoyable.
In 2014 Alcoa sponsored the Out of Ashes Exhibition on the restoration of part of the Edenvale Homestead after fire and I was very pleased to take out first prize.
