Our members practice a wide range of painting and drawing techniques. Oil, Acrylic and Water Colour remain popular favourites, while others prefer to express themselves with Pastels, Charcoal, Gelli Prints or Dylusion Ink Sprays.
Whatever product or styles you prefer; the important thing is to enjoy yourself. Remember, you are never too old to try your hand at painting. It’s a fun and rewarding hobby and our talented members are always willing to assist and to pass on their experience and knowledge to newer members.
If you are interested in learning how to paint or draw or just wish to develop some new skills or try a new technique, we run classes and workshops throughout the year.
Half or full day classes are scheduled Monday to Friday and can also include the weekend if there is sufficient interest shown. Tutors for regular classes are mostly sourced from our very skilled members.
Our workshops are typically one to five days duration and are held within our facilities. Run by suitably qualified artisans, both member and public attendees are welcomed.
